Our camps are one of the few—if not the only—in the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area led by a female director, dedicated exclusively to girls.
Our goal is to staff every session with all-female coaches, creating a safe, supportive environment where players feel seen and encouraged. We believe this representation matters, giving girls strong, confident role models to look up to both on and off the court.
To strengthen their on-court skills and build life skills through positive reinforcement—while making sure they have fun along the way.
Have Fun
Basketball is the focus, but enjoyment is the priority. We create a positive, encouraging environment where players feel supported by coaches and teammates.
Ask Questions & Stay Curious
Players are encouraged to speak up, ask questions, and take ownership of their learning. Every athlete develops at a different pace.
Build Life Skills
Beyond basketball, players develop confidence, resilience, and teamwork—skills that translate far beyond the court.
UPCOMING CAMPS
Description: Our Presidents' Day camp will focus on ball handling, footwork, and finishing around the basket. Players will develop these skills through competitive games, 1v1 situations, and team-based drills, with coaches actively reinforcing the concepts taught throughout the session.
